Dr. Lawrence H. Zager is board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. After graduating from Loyola University Dental School in 1978 with his dental degree, Dr. Zager became a member of the Chicago and Illinois State Dental Societies, and a member of the Chicago and Illinois Societies of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Born in Chicago, Dr. Zager attended the following institutions: Northwestern University Dental School from 1981-1989, Ravenswood Hospital 1981-2001, Michael Reese Hospital 1995-2000, and taught at the University of Illinois Dental School, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery 2001-2007.
Dr. Zager has years of experience restoring perfect smiles with regular dento-alveolar implants, Zygoma, and All-on-4 procedures. He has also performed numerous sinus augmentations and bone graftings. In addition, he is well versed in general and intravenous anesthesia and nitrous-oxide anesthesia. His gentle touch has allowed him to treat many dental phobic, medically compromised, elderly, or physically disabled patients.
