  • Phone Sales Representative

     

    Core Responsibilities:

    •        Follow a structured call process
    •        Up to 150 outbound calls as well as inbound telephone calls - including answering questions and scheduling consultations
    •        Locate sales-qualified leads for consultation
    •        Schedule sales-qualified leads for a consultation
    •       Confirm all consultation appointments with follow-up and reminder calls to prospect 48-24 hours prior to visit
    •       Report daily totals
    •       Follow-up calls to prospects that left missed calls within a timely fashion

     

    Qualifications:

    •        Ability to overcome objections and concerns
    •        Able to educate consumers on products, advantages, and services
    •        Great track record in closing sales and customer service
    •        Ability to multitask while staying polite
    •      Two years experience in an inside sales or telephone sales environment required
    •        Basic computer skills, strong keyboarding skills, and knowledge of SalesForce
