EON: How did you find out about Eon Clinics?

PATIENT: About 13 years ago, I fractured my jaw. I went through surgeries, loosing teeth and other things.  My dentist, Dr. Nick, suggested that I meet Dr. Karras and Dr. Voit at Eon Clinics. They told me about the All-on-4.

EON: Were you nervous to have All-on-4 surgery?

PATIENT: The procedure wasn't as bad as I thought. I first thought it was going to be horrible. I was more apprehensive than anything else. But it really wasn't painful at all. Dr. Nick was there for moral support. I thought it was so nice that Dr. Voit and Dr. Karras were open to letting him be involved. When I looked up and saw three doctors. I knew I was in good hands. The whole team was so nice. Dr. Voit was aces. When I saw the finished product, I burst into tears. It was just so good.

EON: How was the staff?

PATIENT: They were so good. They are so caring. They make you feel confident. They made me know that I wasn't just a number. I actually interviewed with the competition. They seemed more like a revolving door. Every time I went in I would see different people. I can't say enough about the Eon Clinics staff. The way they all come together for the sake of the patient is exceptional.

EON: How has your life changed now that you have a beautiful, healthy smile?

PATIENT: Because of my history, self-esteem was an issue. I also used to be much heavier, about 350 lbs. a size 20 or 30. I was huge. As I was going through the dental problem, I didn't want to show my face. I was withdrawing. I was using the teeth as an excuse to not eat healthy. When I finished the procedure, they said now can eat anything. I said I wanted carrots. They said, seriously! I said yes. They are crunchy. I haven't done crunchy in years. You have no idea how exciting it is to do that. I can eat an apple now. I can take a bite into something and feel satisfied and comfortable. I feel secure.
