Team of Dental Implant Doctors
Carl Drago, DDS, MS
Dr. Drago received his dental degree from Ohio State University College of Dentistry and a MS degree from the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at San Antonio. Dr Drago was in a practice limited to fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics for 26 years at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
After leaving practice he became the Director of Dental Research for Biomet 3i, a dental implant company and was adjunct faculty at Nova SE University College of Dental Medicine in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Drago continued his career in academia when he became an Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative and Prosthetic Dentistry at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In 2011, Dr. Drago returned to Wisconsin as Clinical Director of Eon Clinics, a position that he finds extremely gratifying and rewarding. He truly enjoys interacting with patients and working together with his team to help patients recapture their smile using the most advanced techniques in dentistry.
Dr. Drago is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and was re- certified in 2008. He has published over 65 papers on multiple subjects in prosthodontics, written three textbooks on dental implants and lectured nationally and internationally. Dr. Drago is also the Clinical Science section editor for the Journal of Prosthodontics.
